The Teenagers Kickboxing Training Program (13–17 years) at Doha Sports and Arts Academy is a high-energy program designed to bridge the gap between youth play and adult professional training. Led by seven-time world champion Master Rami Al Banna, the course focuses on physical transformation and mental resilience.
This program provides a structured environment where teenagers can channel their energy into mastering the “art of eight limbs” (punches, kicks, elbows, and knees). Unlike children’s classes, the teen sessions emphasize proper body mechanics, precision in striking, and advanced cardiovascular conditioning.
Key Benefits for Teens
- Physical Strength & Agility: Improves hip mobility, leg strength, and upper body coordination through high-intensity drills.
- Mental Toughness & Discipline: Instills a strong work ethic, teaching teens to stay present, follow complex instructions, and build focus that carries over to schoolwork.
- Confidence & Self-Defense: Builds “quiet inner strength” by teaching practical, real-world self-defense techniques in a safe, supervised environment.
- Stress Relief: Offers a healthy outlet for releasing tension from academic pressure or social stressors by “hitting the pads”.
