The Open Water Diver course is the world’s most popular and globally recognized full scuba certification. This program transforms beginners into autonomous, certified divers who possess the fundamental skills and knowledge to safely explore open waters worldwide.

Program Nature: A lifelong, globally accepted international certification.

Minimum Age: 10 years old (Ages 10–14 earn the Junior Open Water Diver certification).

Maximum Depth: 18 meters / 60 feet (12 meters / 40 feet for Juniors aged 10-11).Duration: Typically spans 3 to 4 days (flexible scheduling).

What You Will Learn & Do:

Knowledge Development: Study the principles of scuba diving, equipment mechanics, and safety procedures via PADI eLearning (online self-study) before starting practical training
Confined Water Dives: Complete structured pool training sessions to practice essential skills, equipment handling, and emergency safety protocols.

Open Water Dives: Execute 4 full open-water ocean dives over a couple of days to demonstrate your skills in a real-world environment and explore the underwater habitat.

Outcome:You will receive a permanent PADI Open Water Diver certification card (C-Card), allowing you to rent gear, book dive boats, and dive independently with a buddy anywhere in the world.
